Hello there! It's been a damn long time since my last journal entry, that being not so pretty in content, but this time is quite different. Before I properly 'reenter' on dA (sorry for my lack of activity!) I need to say a few words on my behalf .
   First,why my lack of activity?! It's complicated but I'll put it short: an unfortunate mix of artistic selftraining, work related events, some health issues (fortunately fully solved, now), my first Master's Degree year (Resources and Risks in the Hydrological-Meteorological Enviroment), this summer spent on the country side and my final touches on my comic 'Origins'. For the time being, all these problems are fully resolved except my school related stuff: I entered my second year and I have a dissertation to do .
   My only form of activity on dA since the last submission was only to check my messages and to add favorites, but from now on, no longer. I've decided, during this summer, to seriously review my love for Ancient Egypt, love strengthened by the completion of 2 newly acquired books:

The names of these 2 books are: 'The Sacred Magic of Ancient Egypt' and 'The Sacred Tradition of Ancient Egypt', both books being authored by Rosemary Clark (info on her here: [link] ). What can I tell you about these books?! They are amazing! I strongly recommend them to everyone who loves Ancient Egypt (more info on the books on the links).
   Why about the books?! Simple! I'm planning some really cool art projects on AE and on my comic 'Origins' this year. I can't wait to begin to draw and scan . The next logical question would be: Why the long delay?!. Again, it's very simple: my imagination, simply put, it's vast (like a dam waiting to overflow), but it needs some time to unfold and it usually needs a trigger, my summer lecture being one of them, and the second one is music (good music). This summer, again, I found an amazing collection of great music (trance music) in the form of an compilation called : A State Of Trance by Armin van Buuren. This together with my lecture produced an wonderful effect in the form of some beautiful images which can't wait to be put on paper .  
   The most important things, to start with,are my Egyptian themed drawings, followed by my review on the complete set of characters for my comic. My photography will consist on submitting my summer sky pictures , my main goal being the focus on drawing.
   I hope I didn't bored too much with my journal text, but I really wanted to change the aspect of my journal on the my main profile page. I guess my English got better, but I'll leave that to your appreciation.
